Our Handshake – The Dimensions of Support
At Territory True, we use a simple but powerful framework to guide the way we deliver support – we call it Our Handshake.
Just as every finger plays a role in strength and function, each “dimension of support” represents a vital part of a person’s wellbeing. Together, they form the foundation of our model of care.

This approach is unique because it makes the complex work of disability support tangible and relatable. It helps our participants, families and professionals see that support is not just about tasks, but about honouring the whole person: heart, mind, body, spirit and networks.
Our Handshake is our promise to you.
These five dimensions of support provide more than care. They create a foundation for identity, empowerment, wellbeing, purpose and connection.

OUR HANDSHAKE IN PRACTICE
