Our Territory.
Territory True was created from a place of lived understanding. Our eldest son lives with complex needs after contracting meningitis as an infant, and our journey alongside him has shaped everything we believe about disability support. We know what it feels like to repeat your story, to explain the same needs to new people, and to hope that someone will finally listen with care instead of judgement.

Living this life has given us a perspective that cannot be taught. We understand the emotional load families carry, and we understand what good support looks like in real time, not just on paper. Our professional backgrounds in leadership, education and community work have strengthened that understanding, helping us build a service that is both compassionate and competent.

We created Territory True to bridge those two worlds. As a family, we know the personal side of disability. As professionals, we know how to build environments where people feel seen, respected and safe. This combination drives our commitment to offer supports that are warm, reliable and genuinely person-centred.

Our story is personal, but our purpose is much bigger. We are here to listen, to understand and to provide support that honours each person’s whole life, not just their plan.
